Let’s be diamonds together and show the world to no longer underestimate us.
M. Cassandra Pascal, CEO, MHS, BSN, PM
M. Cassandra Pascal is a Boston, Massachusetts native who proudly embraces her Haitian heritage. Her early passion for writing, service, and community engagement shaped a career centered on helping people, ideas, and organizations reach their potential.
The name Underestimated Diamond began as Cassandra’s personal pen name—a reflection of her own journey and her belief in recognizing value before it is fully seen.
“A diamond is admired for its brilliance, but people rarely think about the pressure and transformation required to create it. To me, that represents the underestimated potential within people, businesses, and ideas—the value that often exists long before everyone else recognizes it.”
Cassandra’s writing background includes involvement with Women Writers of Haitian Descent, Inc. Her poem, Magnification of An Untold Soul, was published in Onè? Respè!, a literary journal showcasing contemporary Haitian voices in English, French, and Haitian Creole.
What began as Underestimated Diamond Team Network, providing project management, marketing, promotion, and public relations support for local artists and entertainers, has grown into a broader vision.
Today, Underestimated Diamond is a global entertainment management and business development company helping artists, brands, businesses, and organizations strengthen their foundations, expand their presence, and strategically elevate their vision.
Through artist development and management, business development, project management, brand strategy, event direction, digital strategy, marketing, and operational support, Cassandra works behind the scenes to bring structure, strategy, and execution to each project.
At the heart of Underestimated Diamond remains one belief:
Recognize the diamond before everyone else sees the shine.
