Let’s be diamonds together and show the world to no longer underestimate us.
M. Cassandra Pascal, CEO, MHS, PM
M. Cassandra Pascal is a Boston, Massachusetts native who proudly represents her Haitian heritage. At an early age, Cassandra has always had a desire for writing from participating in several literary projects for community, religious, and non-profit organizations. Cassandra has always had an active role in minority student organizations that provide a positive outlook on the academia of people of color.
Cassandra originally self-titled herself as the Underestimated Diamond for a pen name. “I have always been drawn to servicing others. I always like to look behind the veil of every situation by focusing on the operations of things. I pay close attention to details. Diamonds are one of the most precious jewels on earth. People are attracted to the shine but never realize the transition that it must go through. When you apply enough pressure to the rock, a diamond will form.”
Cassandra was a benefactor/member of Women Writers of Haitian Descent, Inc. and has published her first poem Magnification of An Untold Soul in Onè? Respè!; a journal that promotes and explores the fiction, non-fiction, poetry, and journalistic works of contemporary Haitian writers in English, French, and Haitian Creole. Underestimated Diamond Team Network was established as an elite project management service in areas of marketing, promotion, and public relations. She wanted to create a platform for local artists and entertainers in her community.
In later years, Underestimated Diamond was re-branded into a Global Entertainment Management company that is focused on project management work for entertainment professionals and businesses. Underestimated Diamond promotes and manages organizations and businesses committed to raising the bar and showcasing the underestimated gems in every aspect of day-to-day operations and more. We ensure that the heart of companies is conveyed online and in person by ways of business development, public relations, digital marketing, social media management, brand coordinator, and virtual assistant services.
