SHEƎP Collections Internship Program

The SHEƎP Collections Internship Program is a 12-week professional development experience designed to give college students and emerging professionals meaningful, hands-on exposure to the business behind a growing fashion brand.

Interns work alongside the SHEƎP Collections team on real projects that contribute to the growth, visibility, and development of the brand. Depending on their area of focus, participants may gain experience in fashion, graphic design, public relations, digital marketing, content development, brand strategy, and business operations.

More Than an Internship

Our program is designed to bridge the gap between the classroom and the professional world. Interns are not limited to observation—they are encouraged to contribute ideas, develop projects, collaborate across departments, and gain a better understanding of how creative ideas move from concept to execution.

Program Structure

The SHEƎP Collections Internship Program is structured as a 12-week semester experience.

Interns who successfully complete the program receive a $2,500 stipend for the semester, providing an opportunity to gain valuable professional experience while being compensated for their contributions.

Internship Opportunities

Opportunities may be available in areas such as:

Fashion Internship
Gain exposure to fashion development, merchandising, product presentation, trend research, and the creative processes behind the SHEƎP Collections brand.

Graphic Design Internship
Develop visual concepts and digital assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, website content, and promotional initiatives.

Public Relations Internship
Support brand communications, media outreach, partnerships, storytelling, campaign development, and public-facing initiatives.

Online Marketing Analyst Internship
Assist with digital marketing research, campaign performance, audience insights, website and social media analytics, and strategies designed to strengthen the brand's online presence.

Learning & Professional Development

Every internship is intended to provide more than a completed assignment. Interns are encouraged to develop transferable skills in communication, collaboration, project management, problem-solving, creative thinking, time management, and professional accountability.

By the end of the program, participants should leave with a stronger understanding of their chosen field, practical examples of their work, increased professional confidence, and experience they can carry into future academic and career opportunities.
